What clients ask us
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process. The assessment is free and, if we go ahead, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before any work starts. We usually begin with a single process.
How long until something is running?
The timeline is in the proposal. We work in short cycles and start with what you'll notice first, so your team is using it early and we decide the next step on real usage data.
How do you handle personal data?
We design every system to comply with GDPR: it only reaches the data it needs, with defined retention periods and a record of who accessed what. You decide where the data is hosted: in the cloud, on your server or on your existing infrastructure.
What security measures do you apply?
These are the measures we apply by default: encrypted traffic and credentials, two-factor access, role-based permissions, data kept separate per company and an audit log of every action. Agents filter out manipulation attempts and only use the tools they're cleared for.
Do you comply with the EU AI Act?
Our method is aligned with the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Every workflow has a risk level, documented human oversight and an audit log, and we train your team to use AI, as Article 4 requires.
Will AI replace my team?
We take the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend that time on clients and decisions.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for it. Important actions need confirmation, and there's always a stop button that hands the work back to your team without taking the service down. Before every change, we measure quality against a test suite.
Who owns the code?
Code ownership and licensing are set out in writing in the proposal. We document everything we build so any technical team can maintain it.
Who maintains it afterwards?
We do, if you want us to; the maintenance terms are in the proposal. Your team can change wording and content without touching code, so day-to-day changes don't depend on us.
Do you work with Meta and Google?
Yes. We build on Meta's and Google's official APIs, and we're in the process of becoming a Meta and Google Cloud partner.
Do you work outside Spain?
Yes. We work with companies in Spain and abroad, in Spanish and English.
